Returns & Refunds Policy
At Military Precision Pest Control, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you need to return an item or something is wrong with your order, please contact us so we can help.
This policy applies to products purchased by UK consumers through milprecisionpestcontrol.co.uk. It does not cover separately booked pest-control services or business-to-business purchases.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
Changing your mind
You may cancel your online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. If a single order is delivered in separate parts, this period runs from the day after you receive the final item.
Tell us you wish to cancel by email, post or another clear statement using the contact details above. Please include your name and order number, if available.
You must then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. You do not need to wait for approval to exercise your cancellation rights.
Returning your goods
Please return all components of the product or kit being cancelled, including accessories and instructions. Use the original packaging where possible, or suitable protective packaging.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Where handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct any resulting loss in value from your refund. This may include using or consuming kit contents.
Opening the outer delivery box does not, by itself, remove your right to cancel. We do not charge a restocking fee.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct return delivery costs. Please retain proof of postage.
Pest-control products and safe returns
Some products contain baits, chemicals, liquids or other materials that need particular handling.
Contact us before arranging transport for leaking, damaged, opened or potentially contaminated products so we can advise on a suitable return method. Follow product labels and the carrier’s restrictions, and never send loose bait or leaking containers.
These arrangements do not remove your cancellation rights or your rights where goods are faulty.
The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to sealed goods that are genuinely unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once their seal has been broken. This exception applies only where the legal conditions are met, not automatically to every opened pest-control product.
Refunds for cancelled orders
We will refund you without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
If you cancel your whole order, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any extra paid for an upgraded delivery service will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made using your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund processing fee.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or is incorrect, please contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us resolve the issue, where safe and practical.
You normally have a short-term right to reject faulty or misdescribed goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After this, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement and, in appropriate circumstances, a price reduction or refund.
We will cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us to arrange suitable return or collection instructions.
Any refund due following rejection of faulty goods will be made without undue delay and within 14 days of us agreeing that you are entitled to it.
Original packaging is not a condition of exercising your rights for faulty goods. Please provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or other suitable evidence.
Sale items
Products purchased at a reduced price have the same statutory rights as full-price products.
